The Simpson Strong-Tie ITS2.37/11.88 is a top-flange hanger designed for use with 2-5/16" x 11-7/8" I-joists. It is made of 18-gauge steel and has a G90 galvanized finish for added corrosion resistance. The hanger features the Strong-Grip seat and Funnel Flange design, which allows standard joist installation without requiring joist nails, resulting in the lowest installed cost. The hanger is designed to support 90° connections of I-joists to headers and is ideal for use in applications where joist nailing is not required.
