Pre-Existing Customers
For customers with an existing MCS in-store account

Welcome to MCS Online - we're glad you're here! If you are one of our customers with a pre-existing in-store customer account please follow the below directions in order to create an online login on our webstore that will be associated with your existing in-store account. Once setup, you will be able to access your purchase history, view invoices, account balances, generate statements, etc. Please note that certain online functions & features are only available for certain account terms & types. If you'd like to learn more about the various account options, terms, and special pricing we offer please email office@montanacs.com. 

  1. Visit our account registration page by clicking here
  2. Fill out the form, and be sure to use the same information we obtained from you when you initially setup your in-store customer account. Mainly, your name (or organization/business name), email address, and phone number. This information will be used to verify & link the two accounts.
  3. Hit the 'Create Account' button. 
  4. At this point, you will have access to our website and be able to begin using our powerful online account tools - such as saved carts, saved lists, our quote builder, and more! You may click on your user icon in the upper right to access various account features, or your account dashboard.
  5. Within 2-3 business days, your online login will be linked to your in-store account - allowing you to access your purchasing history, and checkout using the same terms & pricing available to you in-store at MCS. 

 

New Customers
For new customers, or customers without an in-store account

We're so glad to welcome you to our MCS family. Please follow the directions below in order to create a new account with us - whether for an individual or a business. 

  1. Visit our account registration page by clicking here
  2. Fill out the form, and indicate whether you are buying on behalf of a business. If you are buying for a business or organization, be sure to enter the name of the organization as well. 
  3. If you'd like to explore the possibility of establishing credit terms, please select the 'Request Credit Terms' box. Please note that credit & special buying terms are only given on a case by case basis, and someone from our team will reach out to you to obtain more information on how you intend to shop with MCS. If you have any questions, or wish to discuss options with us in detail, please email us at office@montanacs.com
  4. Hit the 'Create Account' button. 
  5. At this point, you will have access to our website and be able to use our powerful online account tools - such as saved carts, saved lists, our quote builder, and more!
  6. Within 2-3 business days, your in-store account will be established & linked to your online account - allowing you to shop in-store and develop a purchasing history with us while also taking advantage of our powerful online account management tools.

Once you’ve completed your online registration, your account will be ready for in-store use within 72 hours (or less). Meanwhile, you can start using all online features right away.

No, you won’t need to create a new account, but you do need to register online to create a web login. Simply register online using the same information (name, email, phone number) associated with your existing in-store account, and we will link the two accounts within 2-3 business days.

Absolutely! During registration, select the option for a business account and provide your business or organization’s name. If you're interested in credit terms or special pricing, make sure to check the "Request Credit Terms" box, and someone from our team will follow up. Please note that credit & special buying terms are only given on a case by case basis, and someone from our team will reach out to you to obtain more information on how you intend to shop with MCS

Cash accounts are for both individuals and businesses who pay at the point of purchase, either online or in-store. Store accounts are available for select contractors and businesses and offer credit terms, special pricing, and additional management features. If you’re interested in store accounts, email us at office@montanacs.com .

Yes! For business accounts, you’ll have the ability to add and manage multiple users, set up departments or cost centers, and manage purchasing permissions, making it easier to streamline your operations.

When registering your account, simply check the "Request Credit Terms" option. Please note that credit terms and special pricing are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our team will contact you to discuss your options.

Yes! Once your account is linked to your in-store account, you’ll be able to access your full purchase history, view invoices, and even generate statements from your online dashboard.

Definitely! Our online system allows you to create and save shopping carts and quick lists, making reordering easy and efficient. You can also use our quote builder for larger or recurring orders.
