The Simpson Strong Tie ITS2.06/16 Top Flange I-Joist Hanger is a high-quality hanger designed to support 90° connections of I-joists to headers. The hanger features the Strong-Grip seat and Funnel Flange design, which allows standard joist installation without requiring joist nails, resulting in the lowest installed cost. The hanger is made of 18-gauge steel and has a galvanized finish for added corrosion resistance. The hanger is compatible with I-joists that are 2" or 2-1/16" x 16" in size. The hanger is also reinforced with additional triangle holes for additional uplift. The hanger requires the use of all specified fasteners and hot-dip galvanized fasteners which meet the specifications of ASTM A153.
