The SIMPSON IUS2.37-11.88 SGL FACE MOUNT HANGER is a hybrid hanger that combines the advantages of face-mount and top-mount hangers. It is designed to securely hold 2-5/16" x 11-7/8" I-joists without the need for joist nails, resulting in a low installed cost. It features Strong-Grip™ seat technology that allows the I-joist to snap securely into place, and self-jigging locator tabs for easier installation. It is tested, load rated, and code compliant. It is made of 18 gauge ZMAX®-galvanized steel and has a G90 galvanized finish for corrosion resistance. It is suitable for use with I-joists with web stiffeners or rectangular sections and is ideal for decks, pergolas, patios, and other outdoor structures.
