The Diablo D0624A 6-1/2" x 24T Carbide Framing Saw Blade is a high-performance saw blade that is ideal for general construction applications, including fast, efficient ripping and crosscutting. It is designed to cut rough framing lumber, high-quality finish lumber, plywood, OSB, and hardboard siding with the smoothest, fastest, and most accurate cut. The blade has a thin kerf design that requires less cutting power from the user and the saw for better control over the cut. The blade’s unique design, extra-tough steel plate, and proprietary carbide tips deliver longer life and frames more houses than other framing blades. The blade has a PermaSield® Coating that is a non-stick, aluminum alloy coating that shields the blade against heat, gumming, and corrosion. The blade’s TiCo® High Density Carbide provides a controlled carbide wear that stays sharper up to 4 times longer than standard carbide. The blade has Laser Cut Stabilizer Vents that trap noise and vibration, which stabilizes the blade producing smoother, cleaner, and quieter cuts. The blade’s Tri-Metal Shock Resistant Brazing system allows carbide tips to withstand external impact for maximum durability. The blade has Laser Cut Heat Expansion Slots that allow the blade to expand due to heat build-up, thus keeping the cut true and straight. The blade’s Precision Tensioning, a computer-controlled process, keeps the blade flat and true while maximizing blade life, precision, and performance. The blade is compatible with Bostitch 18 Gauge Brad Nailers: GBT1850K, SB-1850BN, SB-2IN1, BT200K-2, BT1855K, as well as Porter Cable BN200A and DeWalt D51238K, DC608K. The blade has an arbor of 5/8" with Diamond Knockout, a diameter of 6-1/2", a hook angle of 18°, a kerf of .059", a plate of .039", and 24 ATB teeth. The blade’s maximum RPM is 8,800.
