BRONZE FAST 15X4 CONSTRUCTION TF154 400/CTN is a construction lag screw that is designed to provide a secure and durable connection between wood and other materials. It is made of heat-treated hardened steel for high tensile and shear strength, and has a triple layer ACQ compatible bronze coating for exterior or interior use. It features a deep six-lobe star drive recess that reduces cam-out end load and handles twice the torque as Phillips or Square Drive while extending the life of the bit. It has a type 17 notched extra sharp point for quick starts without “walking”, which reduces the need for pre-drilling. The knurled screw shoulder lowers drill torque requirements, and the high-quality threads cut clean and easy. It is suitable for use in decking, fencing, roofing, framing, timber frame or post, and beam applications.
