Description

AdvanTech Blue Subfloor Interior Construction Adhesive (24-fl oz) is a heavy-duty, polyurethane-based adhesive that is designed to create a bond that exceeds industry performance standards. The gun-applied foam quickly settles into a high-strength gel adhesive that provides a squeak-free subfloor assembly. The adhesive is formulated to adhere to wet and frozen wood and can be applied between 20 and 105 degrees. One 24 oz. can of AdvanTech subfloor adhesive yields approximately 400 linear feet of gel adhesive as 1/2" bead compared to applying a 28 oz. cartridge adhesive at 3/8" bead yielding approximately 38 linear feet. The adhesive is easy to apply with a brush, roller, or sprayer and has an open time of 20 minutes, fully cured in 24 hours. It is ideal for use with AdvanTech subfloor panels for a strong, stable base and a squeak-free panel-to-joist connection.
